ABOVO has the content that you won’t find anywhere else on the Internet, because there has been no platform where people publish their content via email. You can find almost every topic that interests you here on ABOVO, from news to jokes, from nature to jazz.
What do you mean on your homepage, “FREE super powers...”?

We are adding super powers to Email that you already know how to use! Just like a blog, you will find all your posts neatly organized on your own page, which you can find by clicking on your email address on the website, or simply type: abovo.co/[your email address] (ex. abovo.co/sean@abovo42.com) ← check out our CEO‘s page!
Why is Abovo a superior way to publish online?

ABOVO & ABOVO GROUPS are the simplest ways to create or participate in online communities gathered around a shared topic of interest – all via Email. With our unique technology, users are not required to register, sign up, or download an app – simply post and publish by sending/forwarding an Email.
What personal information am I sharing?

Just your Email address and obviously anything you put in your post.

What is a post?

A post is a webpage that was created from an Email sent to POST@abovo.co. Anything you can do in Email can be part of your post, like attaching an image.
How does this work? I would like to get started and create a post.

For a general post: Send or Forward any Email to POST@abovo.co -- and it will become a post. You may send your Email from anywhere using any Email account. All files attached to your email will be published as viewable and downloadable attachments on your POST. You will receive an email with a link to your new published POST that can be shared with anyone, anywhere.
What happens after I submit a post?

After sending your post to POST@abovo.co, our system quickly processes your post. Our technology takes your Email and does some advanced processing to make sure it is ready for the web. Within seconds, you will receive a transacation Email back with that has a link to your post.
How do I share my post?

You've already shared your content with the world by posting on Abovo! If you'd like to sure on other social media sites, we provide convenient buttons in the transaction Email you got back for sharing. You can also share your unique link to your post however you would like!

How do I create a new GROUP?

Simply send an email to GROUPNAMEHERE@abovo.co. If it does not exist, we will create it and you will become the moderator and the Founder! Go to Groups to see a full list of existing groups.
How do I invite friends to my GROUP?

You can invite anyone to participate in your GROUP simply by CC‘ing their Email address in the initial GROUP email you send to GROUPNAMEHERE@abovo.co. You can also have them to send an Email to YOURGROUP@abovo.co.
How do I moderate my GROUP?
Moderators automatically receive a notification Email with every new POST to the GROUP that they are moderating and can:
- Allow the POST and the new user (this is the default – no action required)
- Delete the POST with one click if you find it inappropriate for your GROUP
- Block a user‘s Email address from the GROUP with one click if you find the user inappropriate for your GROUP
I created a group but it is not showing up on Abovo.

When you created your group we sent you an Email asking you to confirm the creation of the group. Make sure you approve creation of the group and it will show up!
